Follow-up from recent meeting:
A homeowner mentioned concern at the HOA meeting over BREC workers and golf marshalls cutting across the grass path in front of our front fence and fountain sections. Muddy tracks were evident & have been brought to BREC's attention. We have been assured that all activity there will be stopped to prevent further damage to our grounds. Spring Meeting to be scheduled in next few weeks

We have yet to designate a date for the 2018 Spring HOA Meeting, but wanted to advise that we will be trying to schedule one soon. We try to give at least 30 days notice prior to meeting taking place. As soon as there is a date, we'll make the announcements. Also, two of our board members from last year have resigned due to job/time constraints, so we appreciate your patience in responding to emails.

HOA Annual Meeting - 2017

The annual HOA meeting will be held May 9, 2017 at 6pm at the BC Club House. There is at least one HOA Board member spot available. Reminder that the Beaver Creek Convenants/Restrictions do prohibit signage displayed on properties such as political campaign signage. Please keep our neighborhood free from campaign signage and clutter.

ACC Election

The meeting scheduled for July 22 has been cancelled. This meeting was to elect the 3 members to serve for the next year on the ACC. Since only 3 homeowners put their name in the running, those 3 will serve. They are Jeremy Rigdon, Neil Johannsen and Ashton Ewing. Jeremy and Neil served the past year. Ashton will be a new member of the ACC.
We want to thank Cory Ewing for his previous service on the ACC. Cory has decided to not continue to serve. He has served the past couple of years and donated many, many hours to the duties of the ACC.

It is time for our annual Architectural Control Comittee election. We will hold the election for the three ACC spots, as well as the one vacant position on the HOA Board (recently vacated by Sara Kelley). If you are interested in running for any of the open positions, please notify the HOA Board via email at and include any pertinent information, experience and skills that you would like shared that you feel make you a good candidate. Please indicate if you are submitting your name for a position on the ACC or the HOA Board. All submissions must be received by July 25 at 6pm.
